The Highlander House. Brought back to its original luster. The minimalist tri level plan, borrowed from Duda and Company who mastered it in the weatherstone area off Hacienda and Colima, the floorplan was 50 years ahead of it’s time. No formal living area and no breakfast nook. Instead an oversized family room and large formal dining room share the enchanted two way fireplace. The kitchen concept came complete with an open concept and eat in island. The entire home has been redone. Besides the incredible craftsmanship and quality material throughout the home comes complete with brand new central air, new forced heat and all new ducting. Taking it even further the attic was even cleansed of any asbestos for a 100% pure air quality environment. The original floorplan remains intact with the master on the lower level with access to its own yard. The yard was re-engineered for maximum utility. The restoration of The Highlander House is a tribute to the mothers and fathers of the 60’s and 70’s in Hacienda Heights who founded organized sports in the area at the current sight of Salto Park.
